Control plans, measurements, nonconformities and the lot chain: what to measure, what the result was, what was done and where the part came from.
Control plans, measurements, nonconformities and the lot chain: what to measure, what the result was, what was done and where the part came from.
The quality module answers three questions: what will be measured, what the result was and what was done if a nonconformity appeared. A fourth follows: where did this part come from and where did it go.
Control plans are linked to the stock card and versioned. When a work order is opened, the current version is fixed to it, so later changes do not affect open work orders. A plan holds incoming, first article, in-process and final inspection points, characteristics, tolerances, the gauge to be used and critical characteristic flags.
Measurements are entered from three places: in-process checks by the operator at the terminal, first article and final inspection by quality staff, and CMM output imported from a file. An out-of-tolerance value marks the record as nonconforming automatically, and a record with missing characteristics never becomes conforming. The device used is recorded, which is the basis of impact analysis if that device is later found out of calibration.

Pending lots, quarantine and certificate mismatches
Characteristics and tolerances, the critical characteristic flag, inspection points and frequency
Description and quantity with the decision options: scrap, rework or concession; the decision is recorded and reflected in stock
From measurements taken with a failed device to the work order, lot, shipment and customer
Quality status per line, the release card and the customer witness field; an uninspected lot cannot ship
TIQERP modules run together on a single database
Stock cards, warehouses, shelves, lot tracking, stock vouchers and weighted average cost, all in a single stock ledger.
From requisition to goods receipt: requests, supplier bidding, comparison, orders, receiving and supplier evaluation.
Quotations, revisions, orders, partial shipments and profitability, with prices suggested from actual past cost.
