You do not have to replace your existing software

Your accounting software stays where it is. TIQERP comes in as the production, quality and costing layer, with file exports and a REST API for transfer.

  • Your accounting software stays; invoicing and ledgers remain there
  • Two-way Excel and CSV transfer, data migration at installation
  • The REST API runs inside the factory network

Accounting stays put

Only the invoice number is marked in TIQERP; the "shipped but not invoiced" list covers month-end checks.

Available See the screen

File transfer and API

Lists and reports export to Excel; your own software can read and write through the REST API.

Available See the screen

RFID cards and barcodes

Operator login and tool issue use cards; stock moves and lot tracking use barcodes or QR.

Machine connectivity and OEE

Run and downtime durations come from the connected machine; OEE is calculated from availability, performance and quality.

The table on this page states clearly what works today and what is planned.

You do not have to change your systems

The most common objection in production software meetings is this: "We are used to our accounting program and we do not want to rebuild everything." It is a fair objection. TIQERP does not replace your accounting software.

Invoicing, ledgers, cash and statutory books stay in whichever program they are in today. TIQERP does something different: quoting, planning, shop floor capture, quality, calibration, tooling and actual cost. It comes in as the production, quality and costing layer.

When a shipment is completed, only the invoice number is marked in TIQERP. A "shipped but not invoiced" list sits in its own tab and is enough for the month-end check against accounting.

What exists today and what does not

Available today: Excel and CSV import and export, a REST API, RFID and NFC cards for operator login and tool issue, barcode and QR for stock moves and lot tracking, machine connectivity with OEE, and branded PDF documents including AS9102 forms.

Planned: a direct connector to accounting software, and automatic capture from measuring devices. Today the invoice number is marked by hand and measured values are entered at the terminal with the gauge recorded.

Why not start with the accounting connector?

Technically it is not difficult; what is difficult is that every company has a different chart of accounts, customer coding and invoicing flow. A badly built integration costs more than no integration: inconsistent records appear in two systems and cleaning them up takes months. So the order is deliberate — first let production produce the right data, then transfer it.

If you have your own software

Through the REST API you can read orders, stock, work order progress and quality records, and write orders and stock movements. Authorisation is role based, so an API user also reaches only the defined modules. Because the installation is on your own server, API traffic never leaves the factory network.

One platform, set up for your factory

We listen to how you produce and decide together which modules you need. Installation is done on site and training is included.
