Licensing and setup

What the price consists of

TIQERP has four price components, each listed separately in the quotation:

1. Base system licence for the core of the system, paid once at installation.
2. Module fees — each of the fourteen modules has its own price and you take only what you need.
3. Machine licences — only for machines connected to the system and monitored remotely; machines that are merely defined need no licence.
4. Annual maintenance, support and renewal licence, renewed every year; the system keeps running as long as it is valid. Your data always stays readable on your own server.

There is no additional per-user fee: everyone in the shop can use the system.

Pricing depends on your production and the modules you choose, so we do not publish a list price; we prepare a quotation after discussing your needs.

Installation

Installation is done on your own server, on site, by our team. There is no cloud requirement.

1. Discovery. Production flow, number of machines, shift pattern and existing software.
2. Installation. Server preparation, system setup, terminals and RFID readers.
3. Data migration. Product list, accounts, stock and measuring equipment inventory from your existing files.
4. Training. Separate sessions for management, planning, quality and operators.
5. Go-live. A short parallel run, after which the system becomes the single source.

Activation and closed networks

Initial setup and each license activation require an internet connection. Once activation is complete the system can be taken offline and keeps running on a closed network.

Before a license period ends the system warns for fifteen days, both at start-up and by email. When the grace period is over, entry of new records is restricted while viewing existing records and finishing work in progress at the terminal stay open. After renewal the system continues where it left off.
