Role-based dashboard cards, ready-made reports, scheduled email delivery and the andon screen on the shop floor.
Role-based dashboard cards, ready-made reports, scheduled email delivery and the andon screen on the shop floor.
Three different audiences need three different screens, and this module covers all of them.
The dashboard is what management opens in the morning: open order value, jobs at risk of missing their date, today's production, scrap rate and open breakdowns. Every figure comes from the system's own records rather than from a spreadsheet someone maintains.
The andon screen hangs on the shop floor. Machines appear in colour — running, stopped, broken down, under maintenance — with the shift summary underneath: good pieces, scrap, scrap rate and open faults. It works with or without machine connectivity; where a machine is connected, run and downtime durations come from the machine itself and OEE is calculated from availability, performance and quality.
The report library covers on-time delivery, downtime reasons, scrap analysis, machine utilisation and OEE, work order cost, profitability by customer and product, and supplier performance. Every list can be filtered and exported to Excel, so the data never stops at the screen.

It notices a late work order, asks the person responsible by name and records the answer under the job
The system checks whether the job finished on the promised date and flags broken promises
The supervisor answers from the shop floor by picking a reason, a note and a new date
Pending work, warnings and decisions in one list; a machine awaiting repair can be muted with one click
Open order value, jobs at risk of missing their date and the summary of the day, all from the system's own records
The factory live on a wall display: green running, amber stopped, red breakdown, with the shift summary below
