Every document that leaves the factory carries your letterhead: quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, quality reports, certificates of conformity and AS9102 first article forms. The logo, address, footer text and paper size are set once in the panel, without touching code.
Templates are versioned. When a layout changes, documents already issued keep the version they were printed with, so a document reprinted for an audit looks exactly as it did the day it was sent.
Numbering follows your own scheme: prefix, year and sequence are defined per document type, and a number is never reused. Documents are produced as PDF, attached to the record they belong to and can be sent by e-mail directly from the system.
Language is selectable at the document level, which matters in the aerospace supply chain: the team can work on Turkish screens while the certificate of conformity and the first article report go out in English.
